Airport Shuttle/Transfer Request

Transfers are accepted by reservation basis. We can accommodate both one way and round-trip transfers. The surcharge per each way is $25 USD. Tax is not added on top of the price and payment can be made with the front desk during check in. Please make your reservation at least 3 days before your check in date. If you submit your request within 3 days via email, your request may be unconfirmed. We encourage you to contact the hotel via direct telephone to ensure your request is confirmed. We apologize, but same day requests are not accepted.

Does my reservation come with breakfast?
If there is no indication of meals on your confirmation letter, meals are not included with your room. However, you can always contact us to add on breakfast or lunch onto your reservation before your arrival.

Meal coupons will be prepared for you at a discounted rate from the usual walk in price. Please be aware that meal coupons are non-refundable once prepared by the front desk and given to the guest. Meal coupons are also unable to be returned or refunded if unused, lost, or stolen.

Can I use an extabed in my room? 
All room categories excluding Family Suite and Quad, can accommodate extra beds.
Addtional charges will apply.

How many people can stay in my room?
All room categories excluding Family Suite and Quad, can accommodate 2 adults, 2 children.
Each room (excluding Family Suite and Quad) can accommodate a 3rd person (adult or child) with an extra bed (Additional charges will apply). Please note that although you may not require an extra bed for the 3rd person, the 3rd person fee still applies. 

Can I request for Early Check In/Late Check Out?
Please note that our standard check in time is 3:00 PM (1500) and standard check out time is 12 noon.

Early check in

on or after 0900 am, is a 50% fee from 1 night
Check in before 0900 am, is a 1 night fee

Late check out

until 600 pm (1800), is a 50% from 1 night
Check out after 600 pm, is a 1 night fee

We are unable to confirm Early check in or Late checkout prior to your check in date.
Please verify with the front desk upon your arrival to the hotel if we are able to accommodate your request.

Can I request for a microwave?
Yes, we have microwaves available for rent. The daily surcharge is $5 USD.

Do you have any baby amenities?
We can provide a baby bed and/or bed guard in your room. There is no surcharge for these amenities, however, they are based on the availability and not guaranteed.

Do you have connecting rooms?
Yes, we can have connecting rooms in the following room types: Partial Ocean View, Ocean View Twin, Ocean View King.
